Naturalisation- required document advice

Hi,
My process has been the marriage / Spouse route with my visa. My Fiancé visa was granted in 2012 under the old rules. My ILR was granted in 2015. I am now preparing to apply for Naturalisation asap.
I am just looking for some clarification on my required documents, as I have received some conflicting advice especially on #8.

1. AN application.
2. ILR residence card.
3. Life in The Uk test confirmation.
4. Birth Certificate for me and my wife.
5. Marriage Certificate.
6. My NZ Passport and wife’s Passport.
7. Accountants annual statements for last 5 years as Self Employed .
8. Proof of Residence. For my ILR I needed continuous proof of address using bank statements, TV license, Insurance letters etc. Am I correct in thinking that for my Naturalisation Application I do not need to provide any address proof and that #6. and #7. covers any requirements here.
Or should I get a letter from my Landlord of 6 years. I am not on the tenancy agreement and have been on and off Council Tax Bills (for unknown reasons). I'd rather not but can do if necessary.
9. Referees x 2. Can the 2nd referee be non UK? Or is UK preferable for 2nd Referee?
10. National Insurance number. UTR number.
11. Knowledge of English not necessary as from NZ.
12. Proof of time spent outside UK for 5 years.

Thanks in advance

1. AN application.
2. ILR residence card.
3. Life in The Uk test confirmation.
4. Birth Certificate for me and my wife. Not required.

None of these are required. You are not repeating an ILR process. You ONLY need your passport(s) as proof of residence.

9. Referees x 2. Can the 2nd referee be non UK? Or is UK preferable for 2nd Referee? One referee must be British and over 25 and the other referee can be any nationality and must be on the the list of acceptable professions. Both must be of good character and not related to each other or to you.
10. National Insurance number. UTR number.
11. Knowledge of English not necessary as from NZ.
12. Proof of time spent outside UK for 5 years. Not sure what proof you are submitting, but you only need your passport stamp pages scanned and the form completed accordingly.

Thanks in advance
