hi
please can someone help with these questions that im not sure. Im in the process of applying online for uk citizenship.

1 question.
Do the referees have to sign and write my date of birth in the back of my photos? or they just need to sign the referee declaration form? Because on the guide says to glue the photo on the declaration form. im not sure if this applies just for paper application or also for online application.

2 question. when i took my LIFE IN THE UK TEST. the certificate come with transposed names. first name as surname and surname as first name.
Would this be a problem? when i took the test noboby at the centre say anything i showed them my drive licence which i provide when i booked the test.
thanks

They simply have to sign the form. No need to write anything behind the photos as the forms are scanned

Hi
thanks for your clarification.
so i dont need to attach a cover letter to explain the names swap?
Also, where it says. (do you have any dependent not applying with you now). what should i answer. my children and wife are British, so should i say yes or no.
After applying do i need to uploading the documents? im a eu citizen.
do i need to get an oppointmen for biometric information? or it is booked for me.
which service core. they have 3 core services. is the price included in the application fee?
i heard that usual there is a long time at london croydon for an appointment. is there a time limit to have the biometric information taken?
sorry for all this questions. im going to apply end of this month and i will be away for 2 weeks for Easter holiday. that why i ask if there is a time limit to have the biometric information taken.
thyanks

After submission, you will be aksed to create an account with UKVCAS and book an appointment

Free appointments are offered but difficult to find unless booked way in advance. Other extra optional services are paid

You need to book it within 40 days of applying
