Ancestry + Irish citizen

I have confused myself with all the info out there so just wondering if anyone can provide clear info of my situation makes me eligible for naturalisation:
I’ve lived in UK since 2011 as Canadian citizen with Youth Mobility 2011-2013 then with UK Ancestry 2014-2019.
In 2018, I attained Irish citizenship therefore didn’t need the Ancestry visa anymore. I’m assuming that this would be accepted by HO to meet eligibility in lieu of ILR as I’m Irish and don’t need a permanent resident document?
My degree was done in Canada so also assume this would be accepted for English language component. Would I need to submit Canadian passport as well?
I also wonder if references would be accepted if they live outside the U.K.? I know people in the accepted professions but none are resident here.
My husband also came as dependent on my Ancestry visa. Now he has pre-settled status since EEA family permit was much cheaper than ILR for him. With brexit uncertainty for him, I would like to apply for British citizenship so we don’t need to worry about pre-settled status issues.
Thanks for any advice!
