Good morning all
I was granted ilr on 3 years plus 3 years equals to 6 years discretionary leave to remain, i was an overstayer before being granted the first 3 years.
My question now is:
When can i apply for for naturalisation and apply for british citizenship/british passport?

Thanks in advance

Once you have held ilr for 12 months if you are not married to a British citizen and once you have 10 years of legal residence/stay, ie no period of overstaying or working illegally etc.

Yes, otherwise you risk a refusal and losing your money as you would likely fail the good character requirement.
