Naturalisation application after ILR (tier 2, 5 years route)

Dear all,
I obtained my ILR on 08 March 2019. I am planning to apply for naturalisation and submit my application on 08 March 2020. However, I have one issue. On 08 March 2015 I travelled abroad and returned on the 03 April 2015. Can I still submit the online application on 08 March 2020? My question is related to the requirement that I need to be present in the UK five years before nationalisation. I was present on the 08 March 2015 but travelled in the afternoon of that day. Will this cause any issue? The other question is related to whether my application date will be considered as the online submission date or the UKVCAS appointment date?
