I've applied for British citizenship. I'm Non EEA, I've got ILR, i don't have BRP but I've RP sticker on my passport and also a UK entry clearance in my passport thats stamped(this is on my expired passport, ive got a new passport but i do the transfer since i decided to apply for British citizenship). I have never travel outside the UK since I entered (almost 15years).
This is doc check list i got for the evidence i need to provide.
-The passport issued by...... I've got this

-Proof of living in the UK... this one I'm not sure what i can use as proof or is my passport enough(which page should i scan)? Should I scan both passport and do i scan all the pages

-The ....... passport, identity card or official letter for to prove the level of English language required.......my passport should be enough for this as because im from a country om the exempt list

- proof of freedom from immigration time restrictions......i feel like i can use my passport for this but im not 100%. If its not what can i use

- Two referee declarations..... I've got this

Im also worried as it seem like all the docs i need is my passport and 2 referee declarations. It cant be that simple right?

- Life in the UK test ?? You need this one.
- Proof of Residence: as a non-EU ILR holder your passport(s) with stamps in/out are sufficient; scan all pages with stamps, etc.
- Free from Immigration Restrictions: your ILR evidence in passport. BTW, you could use your expired passport with the ILR sticker.
Naturalisation is not an immigration application, it's under the British Nationality Act, and has different requirements. You just submit what is required for your specific circumstances.

Glad you are finding your way through the application. For LITUK I would also scan the paper, just in case, though they will have the reference number. Please ask further questions in this thread, if needed.
