I contacted my university, they said I got level 5 qualification.
Hnd diploma. With grade pass
And Ba Hons international business management (top up)
3 years in university. London metropolitan university.

I am pretty much sure, I am exempt from English speaking and listening test. Because of university qualifition.

Do I then just do my life in uk test..

Please clarify this doubt..

You need a UK Degree certificate to meet the English requirement or the English B1 test. HND is not accepted.

But, also I got 3rd year of degree grade.. pass.2.2

Which website, email I use to send my certificate to nationality department to confirm this doubt..

If you have a UK Degree certificate, then you can use it, if it clearly states it is a BA DEGREE.

You cannot 'email UKVI' your document and ask them if it is suitable. The guidance notes are very clear on what is accpted.

On my certificate it says

Name. abc

Has been awarded bachelor's of arts
In business management

So now only, life in uk left, for me, and it does not have expiry date, if I do it by 2020 March and apply for citizenship in December 2020.. it should be ok ???

LIUK does not expire. Makes no difference when you do the test.

I have been granted settle stattus August 2019
I will make my application around Oct 2020,
I had 5 year non eea permit since March 2015 to March 2020.
Now settle status.

I want to know will they check my 10 year immigration history or last five year which means from 2015..

I had very bad immigration history, lots of refusals..
Detained for six weeks. Jan 2012.

You must have 10 years of legal residence to meet the good character requirement.

You are also required to list all employment for 10 years in the application form and HO do check.

So where do I stand then, I so another 4 to 5 years to British passport for me... I started working on Ni number since only 2015..

I have not given certificate, they said all online.
