Parking Charge Notice and Citizenship

Hi all,
I am in the process of applying for my citizenship. I have a parking charge notice in July 2019 for parking in the lot of a furniture showroom and forgetting to enter vehicle details at the showroom reception. Where do I need to declare this notice on the citizenship form?
"At any time have you ever had any of the following, in the UK or in another country?
1. A criminal conviction
2. A penalty for a driving offence, for example disqualification for speeding or no motor insurance
3. An arrest or charge for which you are currently on, or awaiting trial
4. A caution, warning, reprimand or other penalty
5. A civil court judgment against you, for example for non payment of debt, bankruptcy proceedings or anti-social behaviour
6. A civil penalty issued under UK immigration law"
I am thinking it should be no. 4. However, I would like some advice from you.
Thanks,
K.
