Respected members,

All of my family members are ILR holders.

ILR time lines:

Main Application : Came to UK in 2009 through HSMP Tier1-1 General . Got ILR in 2014 ( still holding ILR)
Wife : Came to UK in 2012 using Tier-1 Dependent visa. Got ILR on November 2019
Daughter1: Born in India 2013, Came to UK in 2014 using Tier-1 Dependent visa. Got ILR on November 2019.
Daughter2: Born in India 2017, Came to UK in 2017 using Tier-1 Dependent visa. Got ILR on November 2019.

I know my wife has to wait for an year to file the citizenship after she got the ILR, does the same rule applicable for children too? is it wise to file for all members in one go ? or should i apply first and then file for the rest of the dependents in another go?

Children will only qualify when either parent also applies for citizenship at the same time or is already British.

Thanks Moderator for your swift reply. Now, I will apply UK citizenship along with my two daughters, my wife will apply after an year.

Are there any trouble , if wife alone applies for Citizenship , where the rest of the family already got the Citizenship?
