Hi,
Our baby will be born in Russia, from British father (otherwise by decent + genetic link) and single surrogate. We can apply for the British passport from Russia, before parental order will be granted. Or course, we are going to apply for parental order from Russia, (Uk-family lawyer is in charge).
Timeline in this case is 3-4 months. Before all family will join in the UK.
Child will have Russian passport as well, very fast, accoding to the Russian law, because the intendent mother has dual nationality, British & Russian,

Please advise me in the following:
Is there any FASTER way to bring baby to the UK? Maybe visa in baby’s Russian passport? What kind of visa?
Entitlement/ Right to Abode maybe?

Well British citizens are not subject to immigration control. As the child will be British at birth, the UKVI may refuse to issue visa and demand you get the child a British passport

Hmmmm.....Thank you for your thought. I did not think this way. In the child's birth certificate will be Israeli citizenship of the father, because to enter Russia father is usung israeli passport - no visa requirement for Israeli. But obviously when will be question about father's residency - it is the UK.
