Hi all,

I have ILR and my Mrs. is on Tier-2 dependent visa expiring on 14th Feb 2020 (already applied for her visa extension after I got my ILR) . My son is 3 years old and he was born in the U.K. He has U.K. birth certificate and Pakistani passport with Tier-2 dependent visa (expiring on 14th Feb 2020). He used his Pakistani passport to travel in and out of the U.K during last three years. My questions are,

Is he eligible to apply for Naturalisation ?

If yes, may i need to apply for his Naturalisation before his Tier-2 dependent visa expires.

Could you please send me the correct web link of online application for Naturalisation .

Regards,
Moeed

Children are REGISTERED as British. Only adults are naturalised. Yes a UK born child is entitled to register as British once either parent is granted ilr.

No. A UK born child does not need a valid visa. They have an entitlement to register as British.

You apply online on form MN1, as is repeated daily on the forum.
