Hi,

I am seeking advice and assistance with regard to the evidence for proving that I have been living in the UK for the last 3 years.

I am a non-EEA person married to a British citizen and don't know what to include as evidence for proving that I have been living in the UK for the last 3 years. I have entry stamps on my passport but I have never had any exit stamps for my 3 travels(totaling to around 260 days) outside the UK for the last 3 years. Please do send me any advice so that I can gather the evidence asap. I need help so much now!!

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Only your passports if you got ilr via the spouse visa route. No additional evidence need to be submitted, that is only required for EEA/EU rules route applicants.

Hi CR001,

Many thanks for your prompt reply, you are very quick indeed. I will follow your advice and just upload my passport to the UKVCAS. Fingers crossed, hope everything is alright.

Again thank you very much indeed for your reply, your assistance is much appreciated.

Missing the middle name on the Referee Declaration Form

Hi,

I have just discovered that one of the referees have not put down my middle name on the declaration form.

When I applied online, besides my full name, I also stated that some people would use my first and surname only. Now regarding this declaration form, should I add my middle name on it or leave it as my handwriting might be different from my referee. Please advise on this missing middle name issue.

Thank you very much again for your advice and assistance.
