Hi all,

Many thanks for all your support. My wife got ILR on 27/01/2020. The processing time is quite faster. Now I need to know can she apply for her naturalisation and British passport now ? Or she needs to wait for 1year? then she can apply for her naturalisation and passport? Her last visa status was FLR(FP) she is with me for last 10years as a dependent.can anybody suggest me ?

If you are British and she meets all the requirements to apply based on 3 years residence, then yes she can apply now.

She has to apply for naturalisation and attend her ceremony, if application is approved, before she can apply for a British passport.
