Citizenship application after EU settlement scheme

Hi,
I am a German citizen and arrived in 2013 as a student. After graduating in June 2017 I started a full-time job in September. I got my ILR under the new EU settlement scheme exactly 1 year ago now, so filled in the online form and now got my appointment in Croydon next month (It's ridiculous that you have to pay £100 extra unless you wait 1 month!). Germany will only allow dual German-British citizenship for people who apply by the end of the year, after that it will be a lot more difficult.
I would like to make sure that I am uploading the correct documents - the checklist I got at the end requests this:
The passport issued by Germany - Do I need to upload all pages?
proof of Nationality - Do I need to add something else for this or just the passport?
Proof of living in the UK - I got a letter from my university which says I was a student until June 2017, and a letter from my employer that I worked since September 2017 - do I need anything else like Payslips? What about the 2 month period after I graduated and before I started my job, do I need any proof for that?
The degree certificate to prove the level of English language required - Gonna upload my degree certificate and transcripts
Two referee declarations- Do I need to upload them or take to the appointment? If I only need to upload them I guess I don't need to get a professional photo and can just edit one in on the computer?
And in addition, my extension to the list of all holidays, weekend trips and family visits (surely most European people have been away more than 30 times in the past 5 years..)
Anything else I missed?
Thanks a lot for your help
