MN1 Application status contact email id

Hi All,
First of all thanks for keeping this forum. So much wealthy information. I am looking for advice + help.
My situation is as follows:
Submitted online UKVI for my son 4yr, UK born and I have been on ILR from April 2017.
MN1 Application on 03/12/2019.
Biometrics done on 15/12/2019. (Manchester Premium paid £60.00)
They say biometrics, but for child they only scanned all pages of the passport and took a photo of him.
Now waiting from 03/12/2019 () for the certificate.
There is a question in the MN1 application
"Are either of the parents of the child (as stated in this application) applying for naturalisation as a British citizen on an AN form?"
I did answer YES
Then I submitted my AN application on 25/01/2020 and gave my biometrics on 02/02/2020 same manchester premium center which is open on sundays paid £70.00
First question is
1. Is there any link with the question above on MN1 application could cause delays with my son's MN1 application?
2. What contact email id should I use to find any information. As I used nationalityenquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk & Telephoned: 0300 123 2253 which didnt do any help.
