Hello
Was your visa curtailed after you married or after you divorced?
What type of visa do you have? ? You can't apply for citizenship unless you have a permanent residence.

You need to look to your immigration history and answer this question very honestly: during the last 10 years, were you ever illegally present in the UK? If the answer is YES, this will after your citizenship application. You would have to wait until you have completed 10 years of clean immigration history before applying as the risk of refusal is high otherwise.
The curtailment itself doesn't make you illegal. Actually you are still legal during the duration they give you to leave once the visa is curtailed.
