Hi all,

Many thanks for all your support. My wife got ILR on 27/01/2020. The processing time is quite faster. Now I need to know can she apply for her naturalisation and British passport now ? Or she needs to wait for 1year? then she can apply for her naturalisation and passport? Her last visa status was FLR(FP) she is with me for last 10years as a dependent.can anybody suggest me ?

Are you a British citizen? If yes, she can apply straight away provided she meets the 3y residence and absence requirements.

If you're not a British citizen, she will have to wait for 1y since ILR and she will be eligible to apply on 27/01/2021, provided she meets the 5y residence and absence requirements at that time.
