Hi All,

I'm getting really confused with the next steps ahead of my citizenship naturalisation. I am an EU citizen with an UK Residence Card (paper one). Home Office says BRP (Biometric Residence Card) must be returned within 5 days of obtaining nationality.

Is my Residence card the same as the BRP and therefore I need to break and return this?

My ceremony of citizenship is this week, so I guess if I need to return this residence card has to be within 5 days correct?
