Hi all,

On 29/02/2020 my 12 months period after receiving my ILR will be completed. Should I submit my naturalisation application on that day exactly? Or shall I submit it earlier than 29/02/20 for example today, but my biometric appointment schedule for 29/02/20?

You need 12 full months in ilr. Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and not your biometric appointment date.
