Hi,

Could someone please point me in the right direction of the referee form or letter template?

I've completed the online application and have included my referee details within the online form, however at the end in the supporting docs final check list it says 'two referee declarations'.

You need to download and print the referee forms your completed online! Your referees have to sign the forms once you paste your photo onto it. You then upload the forms with your supporting documents.
