Help! naturalization documents and UKVI appointent

Hello! I'm an italian citizen and after 8 years in the uk i'm finally applying for british citizenship...I have a bit of an issue, and i really dont know what to do, and time is sort of running out!
I submitted the online form for naturalisation a couple of weeks ago (therefore, it can't be changed), paid the fee, and i have my UKVI appointment ( is that how it is called? when you have to go get your passport checked / get all the physical copies of your documents scanned and shipped) next week.
Literally 20mins after submitting the form/application, i've realised i might have made a mistake in the section regarding my employment history, and now i'm in full panic mode!
i'll explain: in the past 8 years or so i've been mainly employed full time, but i've also been registered with hmrc as self-employed as sometimes i pick up a freelance gig here and there.
As these freelance gigs are sparse, rare and can last as little as 2 days, or go on for as much as 6 months, with me working like, just a couple of hours each week ( it's just stuff i do over the weekend / in the evening after work), i didnt even think of listing them on the form, while i've listed all my full time employment.
As my very last job was full-time AND freelance, ive listed it in the form, so now i have to provide my latest HMRC tax return: ironically, he "issue" is, of course i pay my taxes every year as a self-employed, so my freelance gigs all appear on my HMRC record, and on my latest tax return too - but that means my tax return will show a company thats not listed in my application form!!!!
so now im thinking, maybe i should have listed all the freelance gigs i did? what should i do?
i was thinking of pointing it put in the cover letter i intend to send with my application ( basically just writing that ive listed all my full time employments, while they can find my freelance employment in my tax record), do you guys think that would be enough?
thanks so much in advance for any help that can be sent my way!!
