Hi,

My husband is making his naturalisation application. He got his ILR in Feb 2019 and it has been 12 months. He meets all the relevant conditions. I got my ILR in Oct 2019.

Am I correct in my understanding that at this point only he is eligible to apply for his naturalisation. The 12 month waiver for partner's eligibility applies only AFTER he gets his naturalisation and passport or am I eligible now also?

Yes, once he has attended his ceremony and officially becomes British. You are NOT eligible now.
