Recent Naturalisation application - Past Alleged deception claim by Homeoffice

Hello Everyone

I have an inquiry from my close friend regarding his recent naturalisation application.

came in uk 2008 -student
Student ext apply - 2010 - file came back after 45 days with the reason Photos are not correct size
send it back on same day with new photographs.
College out of list - Application rejected with the reason and not ROA - out of time application.
New College found - end of 2010 - applied again Tier 4 extension - Approved
In 2012 - Applied for Tier 1 Entrepreneur -
While waiting for an outcome - Home office raid his house for looking for past tenant. took him and his wife with them stating application was refused based on deception and you also lost your right of appeal time as well and you are now overstayed which was not right, he never got his outcome so he asked for outcome copy they provided which was on same day with right of appeal mean they lied about this.Then IO took the decision copy from him and changed to no ROA. He contacted his solicitor and it took them around 3 weeks to come out on Immigration bail. He lodged an appeal in First tier tribunal which was allowed by judge but send it back to HO for reconsideration. He applied in Upper tier Tribubnal where they did not provide any proof of Deception, Appeal allowed outright by the judge.

He got his Tier 1 Ent in Jan 2013
Applied for Tier 1 Ent Ext - Approved 2016
Applied for ILR - Approved in 2018

Now he made an application for Naturalisation with family and bit worried, after reading some related cases here, HO may be refused his application with the reason of Good Character.

He is running Good retail business.

Any suggestion from Senior members and anyone who can input their thoughts.
