If your child was born before you got ilr, the child is not British and cannot apply for a passport directly.

1. Form MN1 online to register the child as British. Once approved and certificate is received, only then can you apply for a passport.

2. Read the guidance notes. Usually identity docs, birth cert, evidence of parent ILR etc.

3. Anywhere between 2 and 6 months, sometimes longer.

Im in a process of applying neutralization for my Uk born child. Now the problem is.. my spouse visa application is rejected and they gave right of appeal now my question is. Can i still apply for neutralization for my child. Does spouse rejection will have any impact on MN1 application.

Your spouse visa issue is irrelevant to the entitlement to register a UK born child as British.
