Mistake made in Biometric form

Hi all

I have made a major error due to not understanding the question on my BRP form. I am a Non EU citizen and on ILR here. I ticked the box - A passport which shows you are allowed to stay in the UK? I ticked this box and gave my ILR STAMP number. I thought it is asking a passport which should have a legal stamp. Its the way it is worded, I got it wrong. Now I just read in the declaration, If false information is given, the application will be refused and the applicant may be banned from the UK and prosecuted. I am worried now, can I make a change in my application, my appointment is on 21st March. There is no phone number to contact etc. really frustrating. Please help me.

BRP FORM:

Your immigration document details

What document do you hold that shows your right to stay in the UK? (Required)

Immigration Status Document (ISD)

A passport which shows you are allowed to stay in the UK

Other

I have never had one
