Biometric appointment problem

First of, there is no way to get in touch with Sopria tried even premium number.
What happen was, I went yesterday for my appointment, everything went smooth, picture, fingerprints, signature - all taken, documents scanned and uploaded.
Just now I received what it looks like 'belated' email saying that my appointment on 25th is cancelled due to staff shortages and if I come I will not be served. Saying I should rebook.
Any idea?
