T1 E200k dependant + MN1 in process

Hi All!
First of all - very helpful forum, so thanks for everybody contributing.
I was on T1 Ent with my wife and two kids. One of the children was born in UK. So when the time came, we applied for ILR for me, my wife and the child born outside of UK, knowing that we could save 2.5k and apply straight for citizneship for our child born in UK, once we get ILRs. We got our ILRs on March 12, and I applied for her MN1 on March 17th and did the biometric appointment with her on the same day. Her BRP as a T1 dependant runs out on 12th of June. Normally, this should be enough time to get the certificate, but now that the processing is likely to be much slower, the question is: Will she be an overstayer if she does not get the citizenship certificate before the 12th of June? From what I understand there are not same protections as during the immigration process during an application in progress.
Thank you!
