We are in a similar situation, I was on Tier 1 ( I am now BC) and my wife was TIer 1 dependent (since 2010 we are in UK). we both got ILR [b]Feb 2016[/b]..

After a long review, my wife now wants to apply for BC through Naturalization (AN Route) .. What i am not sure if we can select this option as she has got ILR after 2013 or does she still need to provide AQUAL from UK NARIC ?

Inputs will be really appreciated.

Obviously she got ilr after October 2013, so you tick accordingly.

thanks for your reply. I was not sure as I have never provided her degree certificate for her previous Visa application as she was applying under TIer 1"Dependent".. Hence thought of clarifying here.
