Child born outside UK citizenship

Hello everyone
My daughter was born in India in February this year. I became a naturalised citizen before her birth and my wife is an Indian citizen holding ILR for a few years.
Which route is best for my daughter?
1) Apply for British passport in India.
2) Apply for Indian passport and apply for COE ROA, when in UK apply for British passport.
3) Apply for Indian passport and apply for family settlement visa, when in UK apply for British passport.
