Life in UK Test Certificate missing

Hi All,

I have got my ILR in 2013 but it appears either I didn't get my Life in UK Test certificate back from home office or have lost it.

I also don't have the Test-Id available with me. Do I need to give the test again or can I apply my naturalisation application stating that proof was provided as part of my ILR application?

Any help in this regard would be appreciated.

Thanks
