hi Helpful members,

I've a query regarding British passport application for child born in India (Parents British at the time of birth). While applying for the UK passport, we'll need to submit the Municipality birth certificate.
Due to current Covid-19 & local bureaucracy etc we're facing challenge in getting UK address written as Permanent address on the Birth Certificate.
So if a local addresses appears on the the local Municipality Birth certificate (both as Current address & Permanent address).
Also local address at the time of making application is different, as recently moved between the town locally.
Will this address on local Birth certificate create any major issue in the British passport application?

Cheers,

thanks a lot for quick response.
One quick query - Is it advisable to obtain the optional British Birth Certificate(Consular Birth certificate) first & then apply for Passport or is it better to apply directly for the British passport?

Cheers,
