Passport and BRP Lost before MN1 application

Hello,
I'm asking this question on behalf of a family member. Please help.
I lost my son's passport and expired BRP. He was born in UK 2014.
I got ILR and want to register him as British citizen but lost his passport (Pakistani) and BRP. I do have his birth certificate only at the moment.
What can we do please advise.
