Hi there. I’m applying for my bc online and on the document page it says I need a “UK permanent residence card” it also says under that “ you must have a uk permanent residence card before applying for citizenship “ . The problem is I only have Indefinite Leave to Remain from the Home Office (email confirmation). Would that be enough? Thank you.

Presumably it's Settled Status you have (not pre-) - so that's OK - you need to select the ILR option.

Hi there, what documents can I use for proof of the 5 year residence? Can I use a combination of them, for example p60, pay slips and city council tax? I’ve had a few jobs and I don’t have all the p60’s for them. Thank you.
Btw, I have settled status ILR (5 years + 12 months)

P60 and Council Tax should be sufficient if they cover the five years going back from your application date.

Bank statements are not accepted. If you have a gap most official documents/correspondence can be used, such as Council Tax, HMRC, DWP Pensions or Child Benefit.
British Citizenship - EU Citizen

Hi there, I’ve applied for British Citizenship as an EU national (Romanian) on the 28th of January 2020, that was the day everything was sent off, biometrics included.
I haven’t received absolutely anything since then, only a confirmation email of the application being sent. It’s almost 6 months now, is that normal?

It is just over 4 months since you applied, not nearly 6 months. Applications can take up to 6 months, often longer than that.
HO don't inform you at every step what is happening with your case. All you can do is wait to hear back.

I applied as a Romanian on the 28th of January 2020 and got a reply on the 18th of May 2020. It can take a bit of time, especially right now with the current situation.
