Where were the children born (within or outside the UK)? Do they have ILR?
Children born abroad need to have ILR themselves and can register as British citizens when one parent has British citizenship or is applying for British citizenship and the other parent has ILR.
Your
earlier post suggests that your wife only got a spousal visa in October 2019. If so, then she does not have ILR.

Same visa as your wife and meeting all the income and adequate accommodation requirements for the number of children and your spouse.
They will get a visa with the same validity as your wife and will also need an extension and ILR before they can apply for citizenship.
They don't qualify for British citizenship yet.
