I am looking forward in putting forward my application for a british citizenship.

My life in the UK has expired last month.

I have also got a masters degree from Uk.

Do I need to get another Life in the uk passed document or master degree would be enough to satisfy the rule?

They are two totally different requirements. You need to meet the English requirement AND the Life in the UK test. Unclear if you are asking about an expired English test because life in the uk test does not have an expiry date.

I was under a impression that life in the UK is valid for 2 years from the day, I have passed. I passed in 11 May 2018.

No, you are mistaken. It is the English B1 test that is valid for two years not the LIUK test.
