MN1 and parent ilr pending

Hello,
My ILR application has been submitted in April but I still have no access to appointments due to covid situation.
@CR001 - Can you please help me with an urgent question here? I will be grateful to you!
MN1 for my son is yet to be made but his visa about to expire very soon 14th June. Would you suggest I still wait for my ILR decision? or should I apply his MN1 by saying 'No' to 'Settled Status' in which case I'm hoping his MN1 will be brought forward with my ILR application. Could you please advice?
Thanks in advance! kindly help.

Please do not tag onto other users topics to ask your own questions. It is considered rude.
You cannot apply for mn1 until either parent has been granted ilr. MN1 is NOT an immigration application and is dealt with by a completely different department than the ilr applications.
If your son is UK born, he does NOT need a valid visa to qualify for citizenship. He has an entitlement to register as British.
If your son was born abroad, he doesn't qualify for citizenship yet and needs ilr first.

Simple question: where was he born?

Thank you so much for responding to my post. I'm sorry but I'll take care about what you said in the future while asking for help.
My son is UK born in Oct 2018.
Please help me as I’ve another doubt in my son's MN1 form regarding the address. He is nearly 20 months old born at current address but in the form asking if he has lived for 5 years at this place and if not I've to provide previous addresses which isn’t possible in his case. so what can I do?
Many Thanks for your prompt response.
