Hiya,
I was on Tier 4 student and got married with EU in Jan-2014. But got my visa approved in Aug-2015. Then I applied for SETTLED STATUS in March 2019 and they approved it even it was only 3 and half years since I got my visa as EU family member. Then I waited 1 year and passed my LIFE IN UK test and I'm UK degree holder as well. I'm Self Employed since 2014.

I just have applied for Naturalisation and just realised that it's only 4 years and 10 months since I've got my 1st visa as EU Family member?
Any thoughts? Will it effect my status or Any chance of being Approved ?
Thanks a lot

So long as you were married to the EEA citizen for five years, you were correctly issued with Settled Status.

Irrelevant. So long as you have been resident in the UK for at least five years and have held Settled Status for one year, you can apply.

Did your EEA spouse work for all the time s/he was married to you or was s/he a student or self-sufficient for any period of time? Are you aware of the requirement for the EEA Citizen to have held CSI for those periods of time?

Thanks for your quick reply,
It means there is no issue with my time frame,
She was self Employed since 2016-2019 then Employed. she didn't work for few months in 2014 and 15.
Just came to know about CSI and we didn't have any CSI in those periods.
But we both got Settled status last year. she doesn't want to apply for Naturalisation.
