I clearly asked what you used when you applied for ILR. Do you hold ILR??
What is your immigration history in the UK?

I would suggest you do a new test that has not expired as you use this test a long time ago and HO might not accept it.
Do you have a UK degree?

CIMA is not a degree so you cannot use it for British citizenship. Meeting the English requirement is not, and never has been, mandatory or required for EEA route applications.

What date did you get married to an EU citizen? How does this date relate to the expiry date of your student visa (simply stating 'expired in 2015' is very vague)?

I got married in 2014 October and i apply my visa under eea family member in 2015 just before my student visa. Due to not sending full document i got refused in 6 month and then they give me right to appeal it and there were no date available and then later i got refusend from court and they ask me to apply again .then i had such a bad experience with some of solicitors the they didn't send a my case to homeoffice. And i change my solicitors and in 2017 October i got 5 year of EEA residence card . IN 2019 I apply for settlement scheme under eea and its successful so now i am planing to apply for citizenship. But not sure can i apply or shall i wait

You can apply for citizenship once you have held ILR for 12 full months, provided you meet all the requirements.

Your route to ILR is irrelevant. The requirement is to hold ILR for 12 months before you can apply, provided you meet all the requirements for citizenship.

You are not apply for a "passport"!! You are applying to naturalised as a British citizen. You can only apply for a passport once you are British, which is once you have attended your ceremony.
Once you have applied for citizenship on form AN, you are free to travel.
Citizenship allocations can take anywhere between 8 weeks and 6 months, sometimes longer.

No!!

The 90 days absence in the last 12 months on ILR is ONLY relevant up to the date you submit and pay online. After this, your absences are IRRELEVANT!
You still need to enroll biometrics for your application, which you won't be able to do if you are traveling out of the UK.
