Hi All

Querying for one of my friend.

He and his family applied for British citizenship in March but he got free appointment at croydon in end of April. Due to Covid-19 his appointment twice delayed and finally he submit bio metric on 4th June.

Today he received email :

You are receiving this email as you have recently attended an appointment to have your visa renewed.

We would appreciate a small amount of your time to complete an online survey here. This will help us understand how well we have responded to the COVID-19 epidemic.

This survey is anonymous and fully compliant with GDPR regulations. None of your personal data will be obtained.

UKVCAS Customer Services

What does this mean ?

Decision made on their application ?

This is just a customer sat survey.
UKVCAS are a private company working for UKVI under contract, to process biometrics and documents. Decisions are made by the Home Office UKVI.

I have search here and saw few post relating to survery where they claim. this may be a indication of outcome

Is anyone confirm, who recently got approval and receive survey from UKCAS ?

just wondering, is anyone received similar survey email after submission of bio metric ?

It’s very simple survey and nothing to do with decision or any outcome
They only need you volunteer telling them how was the biometric service went or how securely the appointment had been
It’s up to you if you want to take the survey or ignore it
