Hello,

My husband came into the UK in November 2014 on a spouse visa and got his ILR in February 2020. Can he now apply for naturalisation immediately based on these dates?

As you are a British citizen he can apply now based on being married to a British citizen, as long as he can satisfy all the requirements.
