Hello everyone, sorry if this topic has been discussed earlier, I got ILR in nov 2018 and im applying for Naturalisation. My daughter was born in pakistan in 2017 before my ILR, she is in uk now since jan 2020.
I would like to know if i can apply for her naturalisation aswel with my application under section 3(1). My wife is on spouse visa and hasn’t got ilr yet.

No.
Children born outside the UK follow the immigration pathway of the less-privileged parent (in this case, the mother) and will be eligible for ILR along with the second parent.
They can be registered as British citizens when both the child and the second parent have ILR and the other parent either has British citizenship or is applying for British citizenship.
