Hi there,

I am wondering if someone can give me answer please?

I am filling my online application for neutralisation and in documents check list it says if I were student or self sufficient person I need to provide comprehensive sickness insurance letter, card or certificate????

I am family member of Eu national and this is how I got settled status , I have been working full time (employed) since 2013 and I have given all the employment details plus got 5 years HMRC Work summary letter as well with 6 years P60.

I was also student in UK from 2011 to 2013 and I was not allowed to work during my study.

I am not Eu national .

But I am family member (spouse) of eu national .
My question is that this CSI will impact my neutralisation application ? Or this CSI is only applicable for Eu nationals ???

Needs advice from senior people here please?

Regards

Did your EU spouse work the whole time that you relied on the EEA FM rules route?

Dear Sir,

Yes she has been working in the UK since 2005 full time and paying tax and never were on public funds.

Still she is working since 15 years in UK.

I have been working since 2013 as full time employee .

Since I got letter COA in 2013 , I started working , I had my PR In 2019. And then settled status.

So what you advice please ?

Regards

Then the CSI document is not relevant to you.
