Replacement Naturalisation Certificate

Apologies if I'm not posting the topic in the right forum. Does anyone know the current timeline or processing time for a replacement aturalisation certificate? I applied for one on 15th of March 2020 online and got confirmation of the application. But I've not had any feedback to date. I assumed it took about 12 weeks to process.
