I & my wife are eligible for naturalisation application , i would like to know that can she apply as well with me as an aditional applicant?

If you both comply with all the requirements for naturalisation you can apply - note that your and your wife's application are individual. There is no concept of dependent or family application though of course you can submit your application at the same time.

You can add multiple family members in one account yes. You can be the main account holder. And then add your wife as a family member (spouse) in the same account. Note, BC application is processed in its own right, you both will have to meet all requirements on your own.

I eligible on 5th sep and my wife will be eligibel on 11th sep, so should i submit application on 11th or can i submit on 5th as well?

If you want to submit together in one account, you both have to meet ALL requirements on the day of application.
The date you pay and submit is the date of application. Make sure you know all the requirements and read the AN guidance posted by Alterhase previously.

She can not apply on 5th, in that case, if you want to apply together in one account, that has to be 11th, given you both meet all requirements individually on 11th.
