Hello All,

I got my ILR on 19 Nov 2013, I am now applying for my Naturalization, on the subject of meeting English language requirement can I tick the box that says if ILR received after Oct 2013 then you need not prove your English language criteria?
Am I required to sent any documents.

During ILR I cleared the English language criteria as at that time it was points based and my India university degree was in their list of approved colleges/ university.
Please could anyone share their experience.

Many Thanks in advance.

Yes, you have to submit proof that you meet the English requirement.

There is no points based calculator anymore and hasn't been for a number of years. If you want to use a foreign degree, you need the UKVI red Route NARIC English and comparable assessment. Costs about £150, the same as the B1 English test.
