Hello,
I am applying for my British nationality. Could you please advice whether to declare education penalty notice (paid within the stipulated time) under convictions and other penalties or not?
Details of education penalty notice:
- Education penalty notice received (from county council court officer) after taking child out of school on un authorised holidays (1 day
).
Letter after paying the penalty:
I am writing to acknowledge the receipt of your payment £60 in respect of penalty notice no xxxxxx. You have paid the fine within the set time limits and therefore you will not be prosecuted for the offence committed during the period set out in the notice.
