I submitted my application for the Nationalisation late may.

The Biometric was submitted at the end of July.

Today I received intending persecution From MET for speeding 47mph on M4, which was reduced from 50 to 40 MHP Due to road works
could you please advise if the above could affect my Application?

I could Receive 6 points and £1000 fine
please advise me on what to do?

You must declare that to HO now otherwise you could be held for deception. If that leads to a conviction via court, that will be equivalent to a criminal conviction and your application can be refused. In that case you will have to wait for 3 years before applying again.

If you pay the FPN and the matter does not lead to court, it will not be a criminal conviction. You must still declare the FPN but it will have no effect.

Unfortunate circumstance.

PS I would assume if your application is already decided, then it may not have an impact.

Can you provide me more information regarding the incident?
It should be a normal FPN, I am assuming or is it a courts summons?

How did you actually receive it?
What does the exact notice say?

I applied for my Citizenship since May, Biometric was done in July, and yet I still have not received anything yet
