Hi All,
I want to apply for Naturalisation as a partner of a British citizen.
I tried filling the form and realised o have to currently input my partners address, we do not live together at the moment
Should I enter his address or just mine?
Will he be contacted at all during the process?

You say partner. Are you married or not married?
Do you ilr or PR or settled status?
What is your immigration history? Any overstay etc?

We are married and I got ilr in July.
Yes, I’ve had overstay between 2002 and 2008.

You need to state your spouses address as the form asks as you appear to be applying as spouse if British citizen without waiting 12 months on ILR. It doesn't matter if you live apart, the requirment is to be married. They are not contacted.
You will need your marriage certificate and spouse passport.

My friend works in a bank as an AML analyst.
Is she able to be my referee for naturalisation as a bank or building society official?
Thanks.
