Mistake in MN1 form

Hi All,

I recently submitted MN1 application for my Son aged 3 to register for BC based on our ILR status.

I think I made a mistake in the application form for the following question:

'Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family
member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?'

I answered 'Yes'. But, I guess I should have answered 'No'.?

Neither me nor my wife is an EEA national and we only recently got our ILR based on 5 years on Tier 2.

Any suggestions on whats best to do now: Explain the mistake in the cover letter/Withdraw the application and resubmit?

Thanks
