Apply on 16. Sept 2020 if you satisfy all the requirements - there is no 10 years rule for naturalisation.
Is your wife a British citizen?

Should not affect your application - however you will need to disclose all your immigration applications.
3. I had CCJ in 2015 which was satisfied in 2017 does this has impact on my BC application. I have really work hard to build my credit after that and its on track now.
Disclose and provide details of how this was resolved - should not affect your application as long as you complied with all requirements, i.e. payment plans, etc.
4. Me and my wife are not living together and have different addresses but we are not divorced, do i have to mention this in my application.
You will be asked what your marital status is (i.e. married) and details of your wife. All questions in the application are required to be answered unless they are marked optional. Your marital arrangements have no bearing on the decision.
I would appreciate if someone can answer these questions.
